"According to the permit, this is a sample of the mouth of an unnamed tributary to Montgomery Creek, however, it appears more likely that it is an old deep
mine discharge, rather than a tributary. It is associated with the Sky Haven Coal Company “Kramer #1” surface mining permit (17713099, MP 20). This point samples the mouth of the MON 52A discharge."
